How it works

From the first report to a settlement: a transparent process that builds pressure without closing the door on an out-of-court resolution.

  1. 01

    Report a debtor

You submit the case through the report form: the debtor's name, the outstanding amount and a short description of what happened. Evidence can be added later.

  2. 02

    Review and contact

We check the details and reach out to the debtor. They get the chance to settle the claim out of court or agree on a payment plan.

  3. 03

    Publication

If the debtor does not respond, the case is documented publicly on the Wall of Shame and stays there until the debt is settled.

  4. 04

    Escalation

On request, we hand the case to one of our partner collection agencies or a law firm for professional recovery.

Frequently asked questions

Is it legal to publish debtors?

We only document truthful, provable claims. Anyone affected can get in touch at any time to resolve their case; once it is settled, the entry is removed.

What does it cost to use?

Reporting and documenting a case is free. Costs only arise if you choose to have the case passed to a partner collection agency.

How is my case reviewed?

Every report is looked over. We reserve the right to request additional evidence before an entry goes live.

How can an entry be removed?

As soon as the outstanding claim is settled or a deal is reached, the entry is removed from the register.
